Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using AzaiScale.

You must comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, applicable laws, third-party provider rules, and platform policies.

1. Illegal activity

You must not use AzaiScale to create, upload, process, automate, distribute, or assist with illegal content, illegal services, illegal products, or illegal activity.

2. Child sexual abuse and exploitation

You must not use AzaiScale for any content involving sexualization, exploitation, abuse, grooming, or endangerment of minors.

Any such activity may be reported to relevant authorities and your account may be immediately terminated.

3. Non-consensual intimate content

You must not create, edit, process, distribute, or assist with non-consensual intimate images, sexual deepfakes, revenge porn, hidden-camera content, or content that sexualizes a real person without consent.

4. Impersonation and deceptive identity use

You must not use AzaiScale to impersonate another person, create misleading representations of real people, falsely imply endorsement, or deceive others about identity, origin, consent, or authenticity.

5. Intellectual property violations

You must not use AzaiScale to violate copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, process, generate, publish, and commercialize your content.

6. Fraud, scams and deceptive practices

You must not use AzaiScale for fraud, scams, phishing, fake investment schemes, deceptive ads, fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake identities, misleading claims, or unfair commercial practices.

7. Spam and platform abuse

You must not use AzaiScale to generate or automate spam, mass unsolicited messages, platform manipulation, fake engagement, fake accounts, credential attacks, or activity that violates the rules of third-party platforms.

8. Malware and security abuse

You must not use AzaiScale to create, distribute, assist, or automate malware, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, botnets, scraping abuse, evasion systems, or other cyber abuse.

9. Harassment and hateful conduct

You must not use AzaiScale to harass, threaten, intimidate, dox, stalk, defame, or target individuals or groups.

You must not use AzaiScale to generate hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content targeting protected characteristics.

10. Violence and self-harm

You must not use AzaiScale to encourage, instruct, glorify, or facilitate violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or serious physical injury.

11. Regulated goods and services

You must not use AzaiScale to unlawfully promote, sell, or facilitate regulated or prohibited goods and services, including weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, restricted financial products, gambling, or other restricted categories.

12. Adult content

AzaiScale may restrict, reject, or remove adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content depending on applicable law, payment processor rules, AI provider rules, and platform risk.

You must not use AzaiScale for illegal sexual content, non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, or content that violates third-party provider policies.

13. Misuse of infrastructure

You must not overload, attack, reverse engineer, bypass, resell, sublicense, scrape, or interfere with AzaiScale, its APIs, its infrastructure, its security systems, or its usage limits.

You must not share accounts, resell access, bypass billing, abuse free trials, or attempt to avoid credit consumption.

14. Enforcement

We may remove content, block generations, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, refuse refunds, or report activity where we believe this Policy has been violated.

We may also take action to comply with law, payment processor rules, AI provider rules, infrastructure provider rules, or platform safety requirements.
