These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AzaiScale, a software platform operated by Azel Solution Limited.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing a subscription, buying credits, or using any feature of AzaiScale, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. Company information
AzaiScale is operated by Azel Solution Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

2. Description of the service
AzaiScale provides software tools for AI-assisted content generation, batch generation, automation workflows, prompt assistance, image generation workflows, media processing, and related productivity features.
Some features may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to payment processors, AI providers, hosting providers, database providers, image generation providers, email providers, and analytics providers.
AzaiScale does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, unique, commercially successful, legally compliant, accepted by any platform, or suitable for a specific purpose.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use AzaiScale.
You must not use AzaiScale if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws or sanctions rules.
4. Account registration
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members, employees, contractors, virtual assistants, or other users invited by you.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Subscriptions, credits and billing
AzaiScale may offer subscriptions, pay-as-you-go credits, usage-based billing, trials, custom plans, or a combination of these.
Prices, included features, usage limits, renewal periods, and credit costs may be displayed on the website, checkout page, dashboard, or order confirmation.
By purchasing a subscription or credits, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
Unless stated otherwise:
- subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled;
- credits are consumed when a generation, processing action, API call, or other billable action is launched;
- used credits are not refundable;
- unused credits may expire if stated in your plan or dashboard;
- failed, interrupted, rejected, or low-quality AI outputs may still consume credits when third-party costs are incurred.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
In general, used credits, consumed generations, custom work, setup fees, and partially used billing periods are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Acceptable use
You must use AzaiScale lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use AzaiScale to create, process, upload, distribute, automate, or assist with content or activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. AI-generated content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, repetitive, biased, low quality, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving all outputs before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on them.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, intellectual property rules, privacy rules, and contractual obligations.
AzaiScale does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, advertising, or professional advice.
10. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, generate, or process through AzaiScale, subject to the rights granted below.
You grant Azel Solution Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your content solely as necessary to provide, secure, improve, troubleshoot, and support the service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases required to upload, process, and use your content through AzaiScale.
11. Prohibited uploads and rights violations
You must not upload or process content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or applicable law.
You must not impersonate any person or create misleading content suggesting endorsement, participation, or consent where none exists.
You must not upload personal data, images, or likenesses of third parties unless you have the necessary rights, consent, and lawful basis.
12. Third-party services
AzaiScale may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Magnific, email providers, storage providers, analytics providers, and other infrastructure or AI providers.
Your use of AzaiScale may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, pricing changes, policy changes, model changes, API limitations, account restrictions, or rejected outputs.
13. Service availability
AzaiScale is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability, specific generation speed, specific model access, permanent pricing, or compatibility with every device, browser, API, or third-party platform.
14. Abuse, fraud and suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe that:
- you violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy;
- your activity creates legal, security, payment, fraud, infrastructure, or reputational risk;
- your usage harms the platform, other users, or third-party providers;
- your payment fails or is disputed;
- your account is involved in chargebacks, abuse, spam, scraping abuse, unauthorized automation, or illegal activity.
We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, policy violation, chargeback abuse, or illegal use.
15. Intellectual property
AzaiScale, including its software, interface, branding, workflows, templates, documentation, systems, and underlying technology, is owned by Azel Solution Limited or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, exploit, sublicense, or reproduce AzaiScale except as expressly allowed by us in writing.
16. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
17. No guaranteed results
AzaiScale does not guarantee business growth, revenue, conversions, advertising performance, account approvals, content virality, platform acceptance, or any specific commercial result.
You are solely responsible for your business decisions and use of the outputs.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azel Solution Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, platform bans, rejected ads, failed generations, or third-party service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to AzaiScale will not exceed the amount you paid to Azel Solution Limited for the service during the three months before the claim arose.
19. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Azel Solution Limited from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use of AzaiScale;
- your content;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of laws or third-party rights;
- your misuse of AI-generated outputs;
- your business, advertising, publication, or distribution activities.
20. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may notify you by email, dashboard notice, or website notice.
Your continued use of AzaiScale after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable law requires another venue.
