This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, credits, and billing disputes are handled for AzaiScale.
1. General rule
AzaiScale sells access to software, subscriptions, AI workflows, credits, and usage-based services.
Because AI generation and processing may create immediate third-party costs, used credits and consumed usage are non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Unless required by law or expressly agreed by us:
- monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started;
- annual subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started;
- partial billing periods are not refunded;
- failure to use the service does not create a refund right.
3. Credits
Credits may be used for AI generation, batch generation, media processing, automation actions, API calls, or other billable actions.
Credits are considered consumed when a billable action is launched, submitted, processed, or sent to a third-party provider.
Used credits are non-refundable, including when:
- the output is not what you expected;
- the output requires editing;
- the third-party provider returns low-quality or imperfect results;
- the generation is slow;
- the content is rejected by a third-party AI or platform policy;
- you submitted the wrong prompt, file, image, settings, or parameters.
4. Failed generations
If a generation fails due to a technical issue within AzaiScale and no third-party cost was incurred, we may, at our discretion, restore credits or provide an equivalent credit adjustment.
If a third-party provider charges us for the request, credits may still be consumed.
5. Trials and promotions
Free trials, promotional credits, coupons, and beta access may be modified, revoked, or discontinued at any time.
Promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
6. Custom work and setup fees
Custom setup, onboarding, integration work, consulting, configuration, migration, or development fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Duplicate payments and billing errors
If you believe you were charged twice or billed incorrectly, contact billing@azaiscale.com with the relevant invoice or payment details.
If we confirm a billing error, we will correct it by refund, credit adjustment, or invoice correction.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Before opening a chargeback, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in chargeback abuse, fraud, policy violations, or unpaid balances.
9. Abuse and policy violations
We may refuse refunds where your account is suspended or terminated due to:
- violation of our Terms of Service;
- violation of our Acceptable Use Policy;
- illegal activity;
- fraud;
- payment abuse;
- attempts to bypass usage limits;
- resale or unauthorized access sharing;
- harmful or abusive behavior.
10. Legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
